Return Policy

  • Returns
    All returns must include the original retail packaging and accessories. Free items should not be included in the return (posters, stickers, or any type of promotional items). Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition (never worn, unwashed and cannot be altered in any way). All refunds will be applied back into the original form of payment. All returns will be processed through inspection. If the return does not comply with our policy and agreement, the return will be rejected.

  • Exchanges
    Exchanges will be processed as a normal return and a new replacement order will be created on your behalf. All exchanges must be made no later then 25 days. Exchanges exceeding 25 days will not be not valid for the exchange. For security reason, we do not keep any credit card information on file. You will be contacted by one of Baked Babe customer service representatives via phone or email to collect processing fees (if any). Return and Exchanges Procedures

  1. Submit a return request by e-mailing bakedbabe.life@gmail.com
  2. A customer service representative will e-mail you with a return form. If your return request is denied, a reason for the decision will be e-mailed to you
  3. Complete return form and include the size you’re exchanging the item for.
  4. Pack your return with the completed Return Form.
  5. Send your return to Baked Babe at the address provided on the Return Form.

 

Guidelines

  1. Shipping and handling fees for returns are your responsibility. Return fees are non-refundable.
  2. Lost shipments are not the responsibility of bakedbabe.life.
  3. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Baked Babe will not replace the contents of the package.
  5. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  6. Our return policy only applies to U.S. Domestic Orders.
  7. Returns without a return form will NOT be processed.
